SHIPPING POLICY
Except for promotions specifically listed on the site, LAOR's shipping policy is set forth below.
Hong Kong and Macau
Shipping days and schedule
After confirming the payment, the goods will be ready within 1-2 working days, depending on the stock availability.
Under normal circumstances, the goods will arrive at the delivery address within 2-3 working days. For remote areas, it may take 3-4 business days.
Delivery schedule (except for outlying islands. Please refer to "Delivery schedule for outlying islands"):
Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 19:00
Closed on Sundays and public holidays

Cheung Chau Monday and Thursday 14:00 – 18:00

Policy
1. Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands, and Macau Special Administrative Region of China provide standard delivery services. Standard delivery service is not applicable to designated areas, including but not limited to Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan, and Po Toi Island.
2. P.O. Box is not accepted as the shipping address.
3. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information on the order are correct, and cannot be modified once confirmed.
4. An order can only be delivered to one address. If a customer needs to send an order to multiple addresses, the customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
5. Working days are Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
6. We are not responsible for delayed delivery or loss due to incorrect or missing delivery information.

1. We ship international orders via Hong Kong Post. Most international orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days.
2. Please note that if you choose e-express for your order delivery service, because the weight limit of e-express is 2kg, if your order exceeds, we will divide your order into each package less than 2kg.
3. Please note that these transit times are estimates and do not include any delays that may be caused by your country's customs, so we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
Regarding customs and import fees:
Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination.
When selecting a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) destination, the displayed product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
Therefore, once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, duties and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to in order to release your order from customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Terms and Policies:
For defective and incomplete items, we have an exchange policy within 14 days of invoice/order purchase, subject to the following terms and policies:
1. Items must be in original purchased condition and the packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and undamaged in any way.
2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-pack must be returned as a complete set.
3. The product being traded has been replaced once.
4. If a customer changes their mind about a product, please see the instructions below.
5. This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
For returns, please contact laor.official.hk@gmail.com and provide your order number and information on the affected items. Returned items must meet the above requirements.
No refunds will be accepted for any product.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase or change my mind?
We do not accept returns if you purchased the incorrect product or if you change your mind after receiving the item. Please check your cart before completing your order.
